A FEW RARE COPIES SIGNED BY BRIAN FROUD! A MUST for any fan of the Henson films which included 'The Dark Crystal' & 'Labyrinth'. In this new edition you'll find additional artwork and awonderful add-in reproduction of some original concept drawings. The book is a large 204 x 340 mm and is a lovely solid hardback. Highly Recommended as much for the brilliance of Brian Froud's artwork itself as for its relevance to the film.

VERY RARE! SIGNED BY BOTH ALAN LEE AND BRIAN FROUD. It is very rare for these two artists to be in the same place at the same time to sign books so these few copies we have here are a real collector's dream! First published in the seventies this has remained one of those all-time books. This new edition features some NEW artwork and TWO NEW INTRODUCTIONS written by Brian Froud and Alan Lee explaining their involvement in the realm of faery and the ancient legends and traditions of the British Isles. Highly recommended for anyone who is into exploring the realm of faery. It is a fabulous trek through all the legends and traditions of the British Isles covering everything from the UnSeelie Court to Oisen, Tir Na Nog and The Green Lady of Caerphilly all with the brilliant illustrations of these two giants of fantasy art. Great for yourself and a fabulous gift to give. This book is one of our highest recommendations.

A FEW RARE COPIES SIGNED BY BRIAN FROUD! OK, it's rave time here! This is the THE book, especially if you've already got Faeries that he was involved in with Alan Lee. It is kind of a follow-on but this time Brian takes you further and deeper...he takes you into his world - the world of faery - and shows you how the realm functions, why faeries can seem mischevious and capricious and how we should integrate with these natural energies. 'Good' and 'Bad', as Brian says, is an arbitary distinction as they are not really either but it does make for a wonderful concept as this upside-down book is read one way for 'good' then turned around and read the other way for 'bad'. It's chock full of images of all different sizes and includes some of Brian's later abstract work. Don't think about it - just get it, it's brilliant!

A FEW RARE COPIES SIGNED BY BRIAN FROUD! From an early age Lady Cottington kept a scrap book but instead of pressing flowers she pressed fairies because they kept getting in the way. This is the "authentic" reproduction of her book with the most wonderful paintings by Brian Froud and a funny, silly story-line told in the Lady's own words by Terry Jones (of Monty Python fame). A publisher's note tells you that no fairies were killed or injured in the making of the book as they are psychic impressions only! Very recommended.
