SHIPPING INFORMATION AND CHARGES

We use a range of services to get your order to you and in some cases your order may arrive in more than one package if the items cannot easily be packed together. We use insured trackable services where a signature is required on delivery. This means that you have the security of knowing that there is enough information available to ensure that your package reaches you and can be traced in the unlikely event it goes astray through one of the two tracking systems we employ that have proven very effective in ensuring goods reach the customer. So far, cross fingers, no package has ever been lost completely. We do not deliver to a PO Box because this can cause problems so please ensure you give us a full delivery address including the postal code. Orders within the UK will usually take two weeks from the placing of the order to be delivered. Overseas orders usually take a week longer. On the rare occasion there is a problem with an item of stock on your order you will be notified immediately by E-Mail with a full explanation of the situation regarding that product and asked whether you wish to wait for new stock to arrive, change the item or cancel it. Our postage, packing and insurance charge is per order regardless of what is contained in the order so the more items you order the cheaper it works out. Within the United Kingdom this is currently £4.40p.
